The posted compensation range of $33.68 - $48.84 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for accomplishing new or remodel construction projects in compliance with OSHPD approved plans and specifications, applicable codes and standard practice.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years recent experience in carpentry work and/or drywall finishing required
- AA degree in a related field required (experience may be accepted in lieu of degree)
- Journeyman level carpenter and/or drywaller finisher required
- Current California drivers license required
- Ability to read and understand project plans and specifications required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Successful completion of trade apprenticeship preferred
