Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Participates as a member of the health care team, working with professional and non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients, addressing the age of the patients served.
Qualifications
**Offering a 7,500 Sign-on Bonus for qualified applicants
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current CA Physical Therapy licensure
- BLS CPR certification (Must be through the American Heart Association)
- 1 year experience as a physical therapist
- Knowledge and ability to perform current physical therapy techniques
- Knowledge of physical therapy standards procedures and principles
- Ability to operate physical therapy equipment for patient care
- Ability to implement practical application of knowledge
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Ability to teach and instruct patients caregivers and staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 months to one year home health experience
