Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs.

Every day you will manage program risks, resources, and budgets, align with organizational goals, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business value.

To be successful, you will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving, crucial for successful program completion and objective realization.

  • Oversees CLC programs, including planning, developing project missions, objectives and targets. Manages project delivery and acts as subject expert for projects assigned.
  • Develops, refines and revises project documentation, deliverables, milestones, resources, schedules and budgets of the projects and programs assigned.
  • Examines alternative methods of providing required services in order to reduce departmental supply and personnel costs.
  • Responsible for creation of project/program metrics.
  • Identifies various constituents and develops appropriate communication approaches, suspending judgment until all points of view are fully explained and understood.
  • Supports, provides, clarifies, and ensures adherence to Dignity Health's Mission and Philosophy
Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other Healthcare related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare setting


Preferred

  • Experience working with healthcare employee population
  • Masters Other Healthcare, SocialWork, or Nursing
