Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Market Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will lead a talent acquisition team that implements recruitment initiatives to deliver robust candidate pipelines, enabling the market and organizations to reach their business objectives.

Every day you will drive the talent acquisition strategy within your market, focusing on developing and executing recruitment plans that attract, engage, and secure top talent. You will manage and mentor your team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional leadership in talent acquisition, a proven ability to build and optimize high-performing recruitment teams, and a strategic mindset focused on delivering significant business impact through a strong talent pipeline.

  • Builds and cultivates strong, ongoing relationships with client groups, including senior leadership, by understanding business objectives and providing solutions to talent needs including coordination and supervision of team’s participation, roles and responsibilities.
  • Effectively, consistently and timely manages TA team performance including team structure, assignments/organization and department goals, discipline and development while modeling behavior and support of organization policies, procedures, standards of conduct, mission, vision and core values.
  • Provides senior leadership with required data and analysis of recruiting analytics in order to assess current/ongoing needs and assist in predicting future workforce needs, successes and challenges including workforce and diversity strategies as well as competitive intelligence.
  • Creatively, innovatively and proactively designs, develops and implements strategies and programs, including engagement of and delegation to TA team members appropriately, in order to increase candidate pipelines for critical positions, leveraging the resources and best practices of the organization and TA COE.
  • Ensures accessibility and competence related to all programs and technological resources of TA team.
  • Leads partnership of TA team with HR to collaboratively support recruitment/retention goals and workforce development needs including inclusion and diversity while engaging resources such as the National Workforce Development Team.
Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other and eight (8) years of relevant experience and combination of education and/or relevant experience
  • Five (5) years progressively responsible experience in recruitment
  • Two (2) years of demonstrated leadership experience that includes mentoring others, being regarded as a TA subject matter expert and/or leading recruitment initiatives
