Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Market Vice President of Radiology and Imaging Operations at Dignity Health Medical Foundation, you will help our radiology teams deliver exceptional, innovative, and cost-effective imaging services so they can provide the highest quality healthcare to patients across our communities.

Every day, you will lead initiatives to optimize efficiency, enhance patient safety and experience, and drive financial performance. You will be expected to collaborate closely with clinical and administrative departments, oversee a diverse team of radiology professionals, develop and execute operational strategies, and ensure our services align with the mission, strategies, and goals of CommonSpirit Health.

To be successful in this role, you must have extensive leadership experience in radiology operations, a proven record of driving organizational improvements, and strong financial acumen. Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration is essential, as you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation that reflects the mission and values of Dignity Health Medical Foundation.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

  • Ensures all elements of the strategic plan are aligned and implemented within assigned operational areas.
  • Ensures that quality, satisfying, and affordable care is provided by the acquisition, utilization and organization of human, financial, technical, and physical resources.
  • Establishes short and long-range management, organizational, operational, and financial plans to support the organization's values, vision, strategy and goals.
  • Ensures assigned areas are aligned with growth opportunities.
  • Participates in the development of the overall strategy and ensures execution of the strategic priorities.
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining a business/management approach to track, monitor, communicate and achieve established goals and targets for assigned areas. Reports regularly on performance with corrective strategies as needed.
Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration or related field required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 7years of imagining leadership experience
    • At least 5 years in a dedicated ambulatory setting 
  • Active or previously Licensed Technologist with at least 5 years of experience
