The posted compensation range of $49.78 - $74.05 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in healthcare related field or Masters in Business Administration with healthcare experience or a combination of education and experience.
- minimum of 8 years of experience in healthcare administration, with a proven track record of leadership and process improvement; equivalent
experience. - Experience working with template designs and scheduling guidelines, creation of action plans, interpersonal communication and influencing skills, ability to manage multiple projects and time, demonstrated ability to execute.
Preferred:
- Project Management experience in a healthcare environment.
- General knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement systems.
- Human-centered design experience.
Job Requirements
The Manager of Ambulatory Capacity optimizes clinic scheduling, capacity planning, and patient access across our ambulatory care system. This involves template redesigns, market-level capacity management, and developing online scheduling workflows.
You'll collaborate with stakeholders to align access workflows with best practices, addressing operational challenges. Responsibilities include managing booking standards, monitoring provider status, and improving clinical performance through data.
This role leads template optimization and ensures access metric goals are met. You'll develop strategies, policies, and workflows for access-related areas within CommonSpirit Health - Dignity Health Medical Foundation's clinics and virtual care.
The Manager of Ambulatory Capacity directly and indirectly enhances access, patient experience, and health outcomes. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, including Market Leadership, Clinical Operations, and Finance. This role blends operations, strategy, analytics, innovation, project management, and process improvement to drive organizational success.
