The posted compensation range of $34.50 - $40.44 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
***This position is hybrid work from home and in-clinic in CA, AZ or NV. Applicants need to reside with traveling distance of clinic locations within these states and there will be up to 75% travel in this role.
Position Summary:
Under direction of the department leadership, the IDX Training and Quality Analyst is responsible for delivering effective end user training and support, using existing training materials and procedures to all end users of the IDX Practice Management System. The IDX Training and Quality Analyst will round with IDX users throughout the organization to independently offer immediate on the job support during IDX user’s day to day duties, during clinic expansions/moves, and during the roll out of new or updated features of the system. This position will identify training needs within the organization and developing training programs to meet those needs. This IDX Training and Quality Analyst will identifies ways to improve education/training plans. This IDX Training and Quality Analyst will perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of experience in a healthcare environment.
- Two (2) years of experience working with IDX practice management software.
- Three (3) years’ experience providing training and guidance in a healthcare setting. Ability to develop, design, and deliver course content.
- 2 year college degree or equivalent work experience required
- Excellent verbal and written skills required.
- Computer literacy and competency, including the use of word processing, databases, email, and Learning Management Systems. Ability to support go-lives of system components as necessary. Excellent communication and team-building skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment. Ability to use discretion and independent judgement for more than 50% of their duties
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five (5) years of experience in a healthcare environment working with IDX practice management software preferred.
- Five (5) years of experience with IDX practice management software preferred.
- Five (5) years’ experience providing training and guidance in a healthcare setting preferred.
- 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Physician practice/medical office experience preferred.
