The posted compensation range of $24.00 - $26.09 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the membership data and Primary Care Physician (PCP) assignments in Flowcast (IDX) by obtaining accurate and timely HMO insurance and demographic information from a variety of sources such as patients, providers, health plans, and medical offices. Ensures information is input with accuracy into the database for system integrity and reporting purposes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Graduate or GED
One year of related experience (i.e. office experience, insurance services, customer service, etc.)
- Effective oral and written communication skills. Demonstrates skill in working with a wide range of customers and in maintaining accurate enrollment and registration data.Observes policies and procedures related to confidentiality of patient information.
- Ability to navigate and utilize information system, as well as PC based computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite of products).
Preferred Qualifications:
One year of related experience in the Healthcare Industry
