Job Summary
The Catholic Health Initiatives Colorado Foundation (CHICF) has launched a major initiative to maximize
philanthropic opportunities in Colorado. This initiative seeks to engage major philanthropists in Colorado
and throughout the country to transform health care and create healthier communities.
These efforts are focusing on a sales-based approach to fundraising, with the development support role
often being the first member of the CHICF team that many people in the community will meet. This
associate will provide sales and office support to the SSOG foundation team, from supporting events,
processing gifts, and stewarding donors, to managing the day-to-day activities at the office.
This position requires someone who jumps in whenever needed and gets things done, someone who is
proactive, can work with little direction, possesses a can-do attitude and is comfortable talking to anyone
on the phone. This role is about being an ambassador for the foundation across the organization, and
partnering with the foundation team to achieve results together.
This position will be based at a hospital, and will report to a member of the development team.
