What started as a simple community hospital is today a state-of-the-art healthcare system with two acute care hospitals a network of primary and specialty care clinics outpatient health and wellness centers cardiac diagnostic centers and outpatient medical imaging centers.
As our National Nurse Residency Site Clinical Coordinator you will provide on-site leadership and coordination for the nurse residency program, collaborating with the Nurse Residency Program Director, facility CNEO/designee, market and division leaders, and CommonSpirit Health National Nurse Residency Program Leadership. You will champion the program at the facility level, partnering with the Director to maintain program standardization, achieve and retain accreditation, and support nurse residents' successful transition to practice, satisfaction, and retention.

Responsibilities
- Develops and maintains proficiency in use of learning platforms including creation/scheduling/implementation of events, uploading users, utilization of reporting capabilities, running quality reports and reporting to leaders
- Authors curriculum and implements educational in-services, classes, courses and programs based upon identified education needs and utilizing traditional, non-traditional and innovative methods of instruction including the use of technology and/or simulation
- Integrates outcome evaluation with regulatory and/or organizational needs assessment, data, and trends to determine program effectiveness.
Qualifications
Minimum:
- 3 years clinical experience in the acute care setting
- 2 years clinical teaching experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Active unencumbered AZ RN License Required
- Coursework or degree or certification in adult learning or nursing education
