Job Summary / Purpose
The TLC Delivery Specialist provides critical coordination and operational support to the TLC Consulting & Delivery team, who are dedicated to delivering Organization Development (OD) & Leadership Consulting enterprise-wide. This role supports the effective coordination and implementation of TLC focused engagements and initiatives that strengthen leadership capability, build organizational effectiveness, and support large-scale transformation in a dynamic healthcare environment. The Specialist partners closely with Consultants and Consulting leaders to create, enhance, and streamline processes, manage logistics, track outcomes, and create a seamless experience for stakeholders across the enterprise.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
Engagement and Initiative Coordination
- Assist with communications and project plans for consulting engagements and initiatives.
- Support Consultants in the preparation of materials, presentations, toolkits, and resources, including enhancing slidewear with layouts, structure, and graphics.
- Provide logistical and production support for large-scale in-person, hybrid, and virtual consulting experiences.
- Track participation, outcomes, and feedback for consulting engagements , capturing data to inform continuous improvement for the team.
Consulting Team Support and Enablement
- Curate, build, and enhance the TLC Consulting Library of tools, templates, and resources to strengthen the team’s consulting practice.
- Develop and manage internal infrastructure such as dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to measure consultant capacity, impact, and outcomes across the system.
- Reinforce standards for consulting processes, communications, and resource utilization to ensure consistency and scalability of our practice.
- Partner with consultants to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in methodologies, tools, and shared assets that elevate consulting excellence.
Change Leadership & Organizational Development Coordination
- Provide hands-on support for business-facing change and OD initiatives, partnering with consultants to coordinate leader interviews, assessments, and workshops.
- Deploy and manage tools (e.g., Prosci Change Management, DISC Assessments) to support organizational change strategies and leadership development efforts.
- Coordinate project timelines, stakeholder engagement activities, and alignment across multiple initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain project-specific documentation, track change impacts, and report progress to consultants, leaders, and sponsors to drive visibility and accountability.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure optimal use of budgets, vendors, and technology platforms to drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collect, track, and report data to demonstrate consulting team impact and organizational outcomes.
- Refine tools and templates to continuously improve consistency and scalability across consulting engagements and initiatives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Monitor operational performance against key metrics to ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree required. Master’s Preferred. Education, Leadership Development, OD Development, IOPsych, HR or similar field.
1-3 years of experience in relevant/related field.
Required Licensure and Certifications
None required. Preferred: PMP, change management, graphic design, instructional design, facilitation, etc.
Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to work across a large, matrixed system.
- Baseline knowledge of OD, leadership development, and change management concepts preferred.
- Proficiency in Google platforms; experience with learning systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms preferred.
- Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Visual and experience design capabilities preferred.
