The posted compensation range of $21.96 - $31.01 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator supports internal and external recruiting process while partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire on-boarding. This position may also execute full-cycle talent acquisition process for internal/entry-level positions.
Job Requirements
Candidate must live inArizona or Nevada(Remote Role)
- HS Diploma/GED
- Two (2) years relevant work experience that demonstrates a high level of professionalism; excellent written and verbal communications skills and sound time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to build and foster effective relationships with customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to research issues to determine solutions
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products is also required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Some college and prior experience in human resources
- Previous recruiting experience and/or working knowledge of iCims including experience with full-cycle talent acquisition process for internal/entry-level positions
- Union environment experience a plus
