Job Summary and Responsibilities

Research Project Manager- BNI CRO Outcomes Center The BNI CRO Outcomes Center is seeking a highly organized and collaborative Research Project Manager to support a clinical research outcomes training and certification program focused on ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis). This role will oversee the coordination and administration of training and certification activities for multi-site clinical trials conducted across international research sites. The Research Project Manager will work closely with outcomes trainers investigators vendors and internal research operations teams to ensure the successful implementation and management of the program’s training platform regulatory documentation and quality compliance processes. This position plays a critical role in maintaining high standards for training certification regulatory readiness and operational efficiency across participating trial sites. This role will report to the Manager of Research Operations and will serve as a leadership role within the outcomes program helping to support a research program infrastructure that ensures consistent high-quality outcomes assessment across global ALS clinical trials. By maintaining training integrity regulatory compliance and operational coordination the Research Project Manager contributes to advancing clinical research efforts aimed at improving therapies for individuals living with ALS.

As a Research Project Manager, you will provide comprehensive oversight and leadership for the successful delivery of pre-clinical and clinical research projects, managing them from initiation to close-out. You are responsible for ensuring assigned research activities meet their strategic objectives.

Every day you will meticulously manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and resources for assigned trial(s), actively mitigating risks. This includes adept management of outside clinical sites, vendors, and all study meeting planning and execution.

To be successful in this role, you will possess exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of research methodologies and regulations. Your ability to manage multiple complex projects, drive collaboration, and consistently deliver high-quality results will be foundational.

  • Collaborate with project investigators and research sites to ensure targets are met for study start up, site activation, patient recruitment and enrollment
  • Assist with clinical site contract and amendment development as applicable
  • Coordinate preclinical project work activities among internal departments and stakeholders, including the Pre-clinical, Pharmacokinetic and Pharmacodynamic Core, and Senior Scientists
  • Coordinate multiple studies including the review of study protocols, data and final reports
  • Ensure compliance with pre-clinical guidelines
  • Work with biorepository and veterinary managers to ensure that materials for pre clinical study work are available and provided

Job Requirements

Required

  • Bachelors Other in related field and 2 years of Project Management or 2 years of Clinical Research Experience, upon hire
  • A combination of education and experience may be accepted


Preferred

  • Masters Other in related field
