The posted compensation range of $29.44 - $43.79 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As a Research Associate Professor, you will lead and sustain an independent line of original research, significantly contributing to one of the organization's core scientific programs. You are expected to drive innovative inquiry and scientific advancements.
Every day you will actively pursue and successfully secure peer-reviewed, extramural funding to support your research. You will also be deeply engaged in writing and publishing high-quality, peer-reviewed original research reports.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a distinguished record of original research contributions, evidenced by publications and successful grants. Your ability to independently execute impactful research and demonstrate scientific leadership will be paramount.

- Ph.D., M.D. or D.Sc. degree or equivalent in a relevant field of endeavor Two (2) years of experience following the Ph.D., M.D. or D.SC. degree in a field related to current area of research, upon hire
