Responsibilities
The purpose of this position revolves around leading and managing a team who will maintain and operate our administrative assets within the National portfolio across a wide geography for CommonSpirit Health. This position will focus heavily on the workplace experience of CSH executives, staff and visitors, along with standardizing the administrative model across all corporate assets to ensure consistency across the enterprise. This leader will be tasked with providing a high-touch and highly communicative concierge service model, allowing occupants to have a seamless and delightful experience while utilizing our space
● Manage and lead for CommonSpirit Health’s administrative real estate assets (both owned and leased) across the enterprise
● Main point of contact for executives and their coordinators, ensuring they receive the highest level of service
● Directly manage the oversight of CBRE who maintain all owned and leased properties in a first-class manner to include:
■ Concierge / Reception
■ Conference & Meeting Room Management
■ A/V Support
■ Meeting & Event Management
■ Community Programs
■ Food Services
■ Parking & Commute
■ Document Services
■ Mail Services
■ Record Archiving
■ Office Supply Management
■ Moves, Adds, Changes and Space Resets
■ Furniture Management
● Develop standard operating procedures and playbooks for all CSH assets across the enterprise
● Focus on unparalleled workplace experience for staff, aimed at increasing productivity and employee well-being
● Remove barriers for staff and provide high levels of hospitality and service
● Respond to building operational emergencies requiring CommonSpirit representation when necessary.
● Evaluates performance utilizing established Key Performance Indicators (KPI), and adjusts as trends emerge, and or problems identified at facilities.
● Establish and monitor capital projects and operating budget reports for multiple properties. Creates action plans to improve financial position(s).
● Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field required, or combination of education and experience.
Ten (10) years’ experience required in real estate management, asset management, and or workplace experince.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, verbal/written communication skills, and problem-solving abilities; excellent organizational, time management, and managerial skills; demonstrated experience in managing external partner relationships is essential, and interacting with senior level executives.
In-depth experience with workplace experience and/or concierge service models.
Computer Literate, experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS), work order systems, proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), and other industry-related software
Professional certification from industry professional organization desired (CFM, CHFM, IFMA, CPM, others) preferred
