The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways. Position Summary:


Arizona Care Network (ACN) is a clinically integrated (CI) physician network and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) sponsored by Dignity Health and Abrazo Health. The Program Manager, Network Engagement is an employee of Dignity Health Managed Services Organization (DHMSO), a wholly owned subsidiary of Dignity Health.


The Program Manager, Network Engagement reports to ACN’s Operations leader and is responsible for performing a wide variety of project management and client relations/account management functions with designated payers and partners, and for developing/sustaining integrated communications across multi-media platforms to support ACN’s mission and strategies, with emphasis on patient communications and engagement in collaboration with ACN’s payer partners and health system sponsors/partners.

Responsibilities may include:
- Responsible for developing and implementing external communications to support the organization’s reputation and strategic objectives, with emphasis on patient communications and engagement in collaboration with ACN’s payer partners and health system sponsors/partners.
- Accountable for planning, implementing and sustaining the tactical coordination and execution of patient and payer- focused marketing and communications, including collateral development, value proposition/proof-point collateral for payers, employers and brokers, advertising content/placements in industry publications, Web Site copy, blogs and social media content (to include translations as determined), and community relations. Tracks effectiveness, revises approach based on content performance, and reports metrics.
- Serves as primary contact/program manager with Dignity Health for Intel Connected Care marketing & communications initiatives/activities.
- Supports ACN leadership and contracted payers with the development and implementation of initiatives that support open enrollment activities, and represents ACN at community events and presentations such as open enrollment/benefit fairs, broker events, clinical integration partner events, educational seminars, tours, and conferences.
- Manages vendor and 3rd party relationships as necessary to support the organization’s marketing and communications objectives.
- Manages all aspects of ACN’s brand identity, to include brand guidelines, presentation templates, logos, Web Site and social media presence, etc.
- Creates and distributes internal employee-directed communications via multiple channels, and maintains educational materials/overviews/presentations used to support New Employee Orientation activities.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:


- Minimum 3 years applied experience in account relations/management, marketing, communication or public relations, preferably in the healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency in writing for a variety of content styles including web, news releases, flyers, blogs, social media posts, PowerPoint presentations, signs, etc.
- BS/BA in Business/Healthcare or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Demonstrated skills in the areas of written and verbal communication, judgment, problem-solving, presentation and public relations.
- Commitment to content accuracy; strong proofreading skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Google+). Web content management system (CMS) proficiency.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal direction, seeking guidance from supervisor when needed.
- Ability to understand priorities, resolve issues, and efficiently/effectively see tasks to completion.
