The posted compensation range of $25.25 - $36.61 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of the assigned program through knowledge of the strategic plan goals and by providing administrative leadership in planning, organizing and implementing programs.
- Coordinates departmental activities
- Secures confidential information (electronic or hardcopy) and Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Receive and respond to all requests for information regarding program.
- Assists the program to coordinate meetings, projects, trainings
- Communicates information regarding conferences, events, and meetings in a timely manner
- Maintain and develop policies and procedures within the department
- Prepare official correspondence for program
- Maintain database if necessary
- Provides support and information to physicians, residents and families regarding patient's needs and actively
- participates in process improvement.
- Develops brochures and marketing materials for patients, families, staff and outside physicians.
- Participates in community out-reach by meeting with community physicians, provide information about program, and establish a line of communication between BNI and physicians in the community.
- Independently maintains patient data base for neurology team.
Qualifications
MINIMUM
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of three (3) years of related clinical experience within the healthcare industry OR a minimum of three (3) years of direct experience working in healthcare program coordination required.
- Basic Computer Skills
PREFERRED
- 5 (+) years experience
- Associate's degree
