The posted compensation range of $32.08 - $46.51 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE
The Project Controls Analyst provides operations, data support, and process analysis for the Internal Physician Advisor Service (IPAS) team. The role also supports the integration of clinical content, workflow, and operational processes into the various information systems during the project implementation life cycle.
ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Works closely with business sponsors, process owners, subject matter experts, and Information Technology and Digital (ITD) to develop and deploy implementation plans and other project tools, drive projects to completion, and monitor effectiveness of solutions.
- Works collaboratively with national and region based Physician Advisory resources, supporting cross-functional teams in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning, design, development/implementation, testing, training, and deployment, including current state assessment, process validation, organizational readiness, and post-implementation adoption support.
- Participates in supporting the operational activities for implementation, effective user adoption and on-going optimization of clinical systems functionality to support CommonSpirit Health goals, clinical evidence-based practice and effective patient care.
- Serves as a resource to project managers and project leaders to educate and assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvements/changes. Supports process improvement activities including new technology implementations, efficiency redesign, and regional level support.
- Supports internal and external project communications; communicates project milestones, completion dates, costs, risks, issues, contingencies and other significant matters to team and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field required or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Minimum 3 years Project Support/Project Management experience required.
Strong functional understanding of hospital and clinic operations preferred.
