Responsibilities
Join Us Now as we are seeking a Parking Coordinator. The Parking Coordinator is responsible distributing parking permits to all employees and physicians. The Parking Concierge also assists with driving directions and site directions accurate information and assistance regarding the location while providing exceptional customer service. The Parking Concierge is also responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue.
- Issuance of all St. Joseph's campus and off-campus parking assignments for all Hospital and Non-hospital departments or agencies on campus.
- Assist employees/staff members in the completion of the required paperwork, ability to explain and clarify any questions that may be asked of Traffic and Parking Regulations, and maintain the Parking Database.
- Updates and maintains off campus lots and garages.
- Responsible for monthly reconciliations.
- Facilities Commuter Options Program (metro cards, bike cages, etc.).
- Point of contact for valet stands and shuttle buses.
- Facilitate Maricopa County Annual Trip Reduction Survey.
- Parking validations (order and assign to various departments).
- All other duties assigned by the Arizona Service Area Director Security or designee

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years related work experience
- Customer Service experience
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree
