The posted compensation range of $39.18 - $58.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain independence and quality of life so they can safely perform daily activities.
Every day you will assess diverse patients (orthopedic, neurological, sensory, cancer recovery, etc.), develop treatment plans, and conduct evaluations/re-evaluations. You will be expected to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document thoroughly, and provide positive, motivating care to a high volume of patients.

- Meets or exceeds the productivity standard on an individual basis.
- Meets or exceeds the productivity standard at the department level.
- Completes documentation of treatment minutes and enters electronic charges accurately and timely.
- Participates in continuing education and develops advanced skills that enhance and align with department, clinical and business development.
- Participates on internal/external task force, committee or board appropriate to diagnostic program per manager approval.
- Completes general and specialty competencies appropriate to clinical area for patient care management (General, ICU, FIM, DBS, Lung Transplant, Behavior management, MBS, FEES, etc).
Required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program and Internship or rotation in appropriate clinicalsetting,
- Occupational Therapist: AZ
- AHA Basic Life Support - CPR
Preferred
- Masters Other in appropriate clinical area
- Doctorate Of Science in appropriate clinical area.
- 2 years progressive experience in clinical area, performing patient clinical care
