This position is a market position with regional responsibilities in Arizona and Nevada
The Market Manager of Digital Marketing is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention across the healthcare system’s region, with a particular emphasis on supporting the physician enterprise (PE). This role plays a critical part in promoting physician practices, enhancing provider visibility, and facilitating patient access to PE services through targeted digital initiatives. This role will report to the Southwest Market Director of Digital Marketing.
In addition to managing digital channels and ensuring alignment with organizational goals, brand, and experience guidelines, the Digital Market Manager will lead and oversee digital marketing projects from inception to completion. This includes coordinating project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives that support the physician enterprise. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical and administrative stakeholders to advance the digital presence and growth of the physician enterprise.

Qualifications
MINIMUM
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, website development and management, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe, SalesForce, Google, and Hootsuite.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and online advertising
- Strong understanding of healthcare trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to various audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
