Job Summary and Responsibilities
- As our Manager, Pharmacy Infusion Services, you will help two infusion pharmacy programsdeliver advanced infusion therapies so they can ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of medication management services to a diverse patient population.
- Every day you will provide clinical, operational, and strategic leadership while overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations. You will be expected to optimize workflow, resource allocation, productivity, and budget performance; provide advanced clinical oversight for infusion therapies; actively partner with interdisciplinary teams; and collaborate with stakeholders to advance infusion services and drive strategic priorities.
- To be successful in this role, you must serve as a dynamic leader who develops high performing teams, fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and drives performance through effective utilization management, inventory optimization, and implementation of evidence-based, cost-effective therapeutic strategies.

- Doctor Of Pharmacy Pharmacy and 4 years of experience in a clinical infusion pharmacy service, upon hire
- Pharmacist: AZ, upon hire
Preferred
- Board Certified Pharmacotherapy, upon hire or
- Board Certified Ambulatory, upon hire or
- Board Certified Oncology, upon hire
