We're seeking a talented individual to join our Corporate Responsibility Program (CRP) team and help us maintain the highest standards of ethics and compliance across our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong compliance skills as well as California Knox-Keene health plan license experience.

What You'll Do:

As a key member of our CRP team, you'll:

  • Champion Compliance: Assist in administering and monitoring CommonSpirit Health's comprehensive CRP at the market/entity level.
  • Collaborate and Lead: Provide management and support for market/entity level CRP committees/workgroups, facilitating meetings and coordinating activities.
  • Investigate and Resolve: Coordinate and perform internal and external CRP investigations, managing complaints through resolution.
  • Inform and Educate: Maintain expert knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, disseminating information and providing compliance education.
  • Audit and Monitor: Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure adequate auditing and monitoring of compliance risk activities.
  • Drive Improvement: Participate in monitoring activities and assist with the development of corrective action plans.


Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years' healthcare experience in an acute setting, including 1+ year in healthcare compliance (or similar experience in Quality, Regulatory, Risk, and/or Revenue Cycle)
  • Proven ability to collaborate across departments and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Preferred: Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance and Ethics Professional (CCEP) (required within the first year of employment if not already certified)
  • Preferred: Health plan compliance and California Knox-Keene license experience.
