Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a dynamic and skilled HVAC Maintenance Mechanic to join our Plant Operations Department. Under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and modifying a wide range of refrigeration, air conditioning, evaporative cooling, exhaust, and ventilation equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, install, troubleshoot, repair, and modify HVAC systems, including refrigeration, air conditioning, evaporative cooling, and ventilation equipment.
- Conduct regular preventative maintenance as scheduled to ensure maximum efficiency of all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems.
- Work across multiple trade skills including plumbing, electrical, sheet metal, refrigeration, cooling tower maintenance, and tower water treatment.
- Maintain, service, and repair small and large-capacity commercial HVAC equipment, ensuring compliance with all safety and operational standards.

Qualifications
Minimum:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Trade school education with required specializing training in HVAC.
- EPA universal refrigeration license.
Preferred:
- Four (4) years of experience in installation repair and maintenance of small and large capacity commercial type of HVAC equipment. This includes air conditioning, evaporative cooling, exhaust and ventilation equipment.
