Responsibilities
Job Summary / Purpose
The ERP Training and Development Specialist supports the development of ERP-related training materials, and facilitates end-user training in a variety of formats including e-learning/in-person/web meeting, as directed using a variety of delivery methods for the supply chain ERP, related processes and systems. The individual will collaborate with subject matter experts and adapt the training approach as changes to the supply chain business model occur.
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of supply chain training material that captures each process related to the use of the ERP supply chain functionality, including drafting, reviewing, editing materials as assigned. Confirm revisions with SMEs and leadership.
- Participate in the development of e-learning modules including delivery of key content, learner engagement strategies, quizzes, and other related materials through the use of slides, e-learning design software, and other tools.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop user manuals for the ERP system and other supply chain tools as necessary.
- Deliver training sessions in a variety of delivery settings (in-person, web) to support system, division, and local level end-users.
- Assist end-users on an as-needed basis,
- Support the tracking of end-user completion status and training metrics to articulate training effectiveness and progress across CommonSpirit Supply Chain and other users.
- Contribute to the training plan implementation, including support of scheduling, identifying attendees, communication, and other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience | Bachelor's degree, or 5 years of experience in business administration, curriculum and instruction, marketing, communications, or related field in lieu of a degree. Master’s degree/advanced degree related to health care: preferred/desired. |
