The posted compensation range of $52.15 - $77.58 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Director of the Huger Mercy Living Center, you will help ensure the seamless operation and high-quality care delivery of our facility so thAey can provide a safe, nurturing, and compliant environment for our residents 24/7.
Every day you will oversee the administrative, clinical, and financial operations of the center. You will be expected to coordinate resident care, manage budgets, lead and mentor staff, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster strong relationships with residents, families, and the community.
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a comprehensive understanding of senior living center operations, including regulatory and financial management.
Job RequirementsRequired
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years supervisory experience.
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and/or additional job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree.
- Completion of the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS)
- 62 hours of Personal/ Supervisory/ Directed caregiver classes, as well as the eight-hour assisted living manager's classes.
- 24 ADHS-approved continuing education hours within each 3 year period
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
- First Aid (FAC)
- Current Arizona state fingerprint card
- Effective communication, critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage job related demands arising from residents, family members and staff concerns and issues.
Preferred
- Master's degree
