The posted compensation range of $30.55 - $44.30 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
The Dignity Health Cancer Institute at St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center provides world-class cancer care and clinical trials to the patients by a dedicated team of specialists and staff. The Oncology Research Nurse plays a key role in presenting treatment alternatives and an assessment of treatment risks and benefits associated with each clinical trial. The primary role is to ensure completeness accuracy and compliance with each protocol to assist principal investigators and co-investigators in coordinating and facilitating the activities of subjects in clinical trials. He/she is also responsible for identifying clinically significant events through patient assessments and review of a variety of medical documents. The research nurse is responsible for following institutional standards of research practice within his/her scope of duties and responsibilities.
Manages and coordinates all facets of assigned clinical protocols from IRB preparation through query and data seal; ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
One year RN clinical experience in specialty area.
Bachelor's Degree required
Working knowledge of research methodologies.
Master’s degree preferred
AZ RN license or eligible.
