The posted compensation range of $17.24 - $24.35 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clinical Project Coordinator to provide behind-the-scenes support for our RN Clinical Practice Coordinators and Pathways program. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, student onboarding, and program coordination across multiple locations, including Lincoln, Grand Island, and Kearney.jus
Provide administrative and project support to Practice Coordinators and program leaders.
Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including creating assignments, adding participants, and distributing information.
Track progress and follow up on tasks, ensuring timely completion and communication.
Assist in moderating Zoom-based classes and virtual learning sessions.
Support student onboarding and engagement processes, coordinating across multiple sites and teams.
Communicate professionally with students, faculty, and internal departments to ensure a seamless experience.
Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
Proven administrative and/or project coordination experience in a healthcare setting preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment
- Experience with LMS systems
