Job Summary and Responsibilities

CHI Health is seeking a Clinical Project Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and project support for regional nursing leadership, including the Region Chief Nurse, Region Clinical Education, and Region Nursing Practice Directors. In this role, you’ll coordinate special projects, prepare reports and presentations, and serve as a key resource to help advance strategic objectives and improve clinical practice across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Regional Nursing Leaders and teams with assigned projects by gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and providing actionable recommendations.

  • Develop and deliver professional presentations, reports, and graphical materials to support leadership initiatives.

  • Maintain standardized reports such as budget reconciliations, meeting minutes, and clinical practice tracking.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including physicians, to ensure timely project completion.

  • Manage leadership schedules, meetings, and materials—ensuring priorities and deadlines are met.

  • Respond to inquiries, assess urgency, and direct to the appropriate resources.

  • Provide administrative support, research, and follow-up on special projects assigned by nursing and service line leaders.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proven administrative and/or project coordination experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other data/analytical software.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
