Job Summary and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Clinical Practice Specialist who brings advanced clinical expertise, leadership, and a passion for improving outcomes across nursing and clinical teams.
In this role, you’ll serve as a consultant, educator, and change agent—supporting strategic initiatives, mentoring staff, and leading quality improvement projects that directly impact patient care and organizational success.
What You’ll Do
Use advanced clinical knowledge, leadership, and research to drive excellence in patient outcomes.
Act as a consultant and resource to healthcare professionals, patients, and the community.
Collaborate with division-wide councils, committees, and peers to identify and address educational and clinical needs.
Lead and participate in nursing and clinical initiatives that support organizational goals.
Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative programs to support staff development and education.
Serve as a change agent to lead strategic improvements and drive innovation in practice.
Translate current evidence into clinical practice, education, and consultation.

Job Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Master's of Science in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field or actively enrolled in a graduate level program within 18 months of hire
Strong background in nursing or clinical practice with advanced knowledge and expertise.
Proven leadership and project management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for education, research, and quality improvement.
Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
