Job Summary and Responsibilities

We’re looking for a Clinical Practice Specialist who brings advanced clinical expertise, leadership, and a passion for improving outcomes across nursing and clinical teams.

In this role, you’ll serve as a consultant, educator, and change agent—supporting strategic initiatives, mentoring staff, and leading quality improvement projects that directly impact patient care and organizational success.

What You’ll Do

  • Use advanced clinical knowledge, leadership, and research to drive excellence in patient outcomes.

  • Act as a consultant and resource to healthcare professionals, patients, and the community.

  • Collaborate with division-wide councils, committees, and peers to identify and address educational and clinical needs.

  • Lead and participate in nursing and clinical initiatives that support organizational goals.

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate innovative programs to support staff development and education.

  • Serve as a change agent to lead strategic improvements and drive innovation in practice.

  • Translate current evidence into clinical practice, education, and consultation.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Master's of Science in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field or actively enrolled in a graduate level program within 18 months of hire
  • Strong background in nursing or clinical practice with advanced knowledge and expertise.

  • Proven leadership and project management skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Passion for education, research, and quality improvement.

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
