The posted compensation range of $47.04 - $55.51 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
In keeping with the Dignity Health core values perform radiographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision to technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement with ingenuity and initiative. Assumes responsibility for specific radiographic procedures as required.
This position is represented by SEIU UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
Qualifications
- More than six (6) months of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- Current certification of The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (CT ARRT)
- Current Certified Radiology Technologist certification (CT CRT)
- Current Fluoroscopy permit (CT RTTF)
- Current AHA CPR certification (CT CPRBLS)
Special Skills:
- Must meet Tech II minimum expectations on performance evaluation.
- Must have working knowledge of all diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Must also know all departmental protocols and procedures.
- Ability to work tactfully and effectively with fellow staff members physicians and the patient population.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Self-motivated and able to achieve results through good organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a functional team member in a team oriented environment.
