The posted compensation range of $55.72 - $66.53 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with patients to help them develop recover or maintain their ability to perform daily living and work activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients with physical mental or emotional challenges. This role requires a strong understanding of various patient populations, including geriatrics and pediatrics, as well as experience in different settings such as patient care, outpatient clinics and hospitals. Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist at St. John's Regional Medical Center is responsible for providing occupational therapy assessments and treatments to patients.
- Provides training and/or supervision to staff occupational therapy assistants and therapy aides.
- Must have current California license in Occupational Therapy.
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience; evidence of ability to function with a high degree of independence and competence.
