The posted compensation range of $31.83 - $39.78 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Responsibilities
In keeping with Dignity Health core values, the Labor & Delivery Technician functions as a team member during the preoperative, intra-operative and postoperative phases of obstetrical surgical procedures, and actively participates as a member of the Labor & Delivery Patient Care Team.
This position is represented by SEIU, Local UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Requires High school diploma (or equivalent)
- Minimum of one (1) year recent hospital experience (or equivalent) in the capacity of an Operating Room Technician, as OB Scrub Tech or OB Tech OR must have all of the following:
- a) received practical education at St. John's surgical department within the last six (6) months,
- b) above average performance during practical education, and
- c) completion of a Surgical Technologist training program.
- Current CPR certification required
- Successful completion of an OR Technician Training program and/or certification as an Operating Technician is highly desired
