The posted compensation range of $39.18 - $58.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Employee Health LVN, you'll be responsible for coordinating and performing the Employee Health functions, including employee health screenings, process new hire applicants, accurately document health data, provide employee health education, participate in workplace health and safety programs, assist with Workers' Compensation claim management and provide clerical support coverage.
Every day you will assume responsibility and accountability for the assessment, planning, and evaluation of workplace health services for employees, volunteers, students and contractors.

- Comply with all applicable laws and rules including the CommonSpirit Standards of Conduct, policies and procedures that apply to his/her job responsibilities.
- Seek guidance within licensee’s scope of practice, promptly report any potential or suspected violation of Commonspirit’s Standards of Conduct, policy or procedures, or applicable laws/regulations.
- Participate with any investigation, risk evaluation, and work collaboratively with facility/entity leaders to implement, monitor, mitigate risk, and corrective action plans as outlined by compliance programs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Google
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivailent
- Current CA Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Minimum two years experience in Employee Health, ambulatory care, or occupational health nursing.
Preferred Requirements:
- Hospital Employee Health experience
- Associates degree in nursing
