Responsibilities

In keeping with the Dignity Health core values, a CLS I performs routine and complex testing in multiple areas of the clinical laboratory in a timely manner with a moderate amount of direct superviosion. Monitors and evaluates quality control for testing preformed. Performs routing maintenance and repair on instrumnets utilized.


Qualifications
  • CA CLS License required
  • Completed accredited training program in medical technology
  • Ability to work with a moderate amount of direct supervision.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to be an effective team member, and work with many publics across all departments.
  • Demonstrate a basic knowledge of principles, precedures and techniques of clinical laboratory analysis.
  • Ability to develop new skills and knowledge and/or ability to provide routine repair and maintenance of laboratory instrumentation.
