Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Retail Pharmacy Supervisor, you will lead the daily operations of our retail pharmacy while delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care to the patients and communities we serve. You'll oversee a high-performing pharmacy team, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and drive operational excellence through quality, safety, and outstanding customer service. This leadership role is ideal for an experienced pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, team development, and advancing pharmacy practice in a collaborative healthcare environment.

Every day you will provide direct patient care by reviewing and dispensing medications, collaborating with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy, and counseling patients on the safe and effective use of their prescriptions. You'll supervise pharmacists, technicians, interns, and support staff, manage staffing and workflow, oversee financial and operational performance, monitor quality and regulatory compliance, and implement initiatives that improve patient outcomes, pharmacy efficiency, and overall service excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will combine strong clinical pharmacy knowledge with exceptional leadership, communication, and operational management skills. You'll thrive in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting, build positive relationships with patients and interdisciplinary teams, and inspire your staff to deliver safe, compassionate, and efficient care. Job Requirements
  • Active Pharmacist License in good standing in the State of Nebraska
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) with the American Heart Association
