CHI Health would love to add a Clinic RN (Nurse) to our GI Clinic located at our CUMC-Bergan campus off of 77th & Mercy! 

**This position WILL be hybrid - MUST living within driving distance to the campus. You will work in the clinic 2-3 days a week then work from home 2-3 days a week! 

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, No weekends, No holidays & No call!

Expectations:

• Perform telephone triage for patients calling their provider with certain symptomatology.
• Demonstrates the ability to use the nursing process to collect data.  Requires interview/communication skills, critical thinking and problem solving skills to level of licensure.
• Ability to work within protocols approved by CHI Health to provide information to patients and consumers.
• Accepts inbound calls from patients, pharmacies and other healthcare entities.
• Performs outbound calls to notify patients of reviewed lab and imaging results according to protocols that require review of the patient chart to answer questions.
• Ability to follow medication refill protocols and act accordingly to those protocols.
• Other Duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required
