Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Charge Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Functions as a mentor and coach.
  • Assists with preparation of unit schedules.
  • Establishes daily work plans for team of employees.
  • Schedules staff for attendance at and completion of mandatory education.
  • Follows the nursing process which includes: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate.
  • Assessment - Demonstrates a systematic, dynamic way to collect and analyze the following healthcare consumer data including: psychological, physiological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic and lifestyle factors

  • Graduate of a RN nursing program., upon hire
  • Registered Nurse: NE, upon hire and
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire
