Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Administrative Professional for our Anesthiology Clinic, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service. Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

To thrive in this critical role, you will demonstrate exceptional organizational acumen, a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, and an unwavering commitment to anticipating needs and delivering accurate, timely support.

  • Manages project schedules, budgets, and/or resources as well as coordinating communication between team members and stakeholders
  • Independently collect, analyze, and present data to leadership using various tools and techniques.
  • Finalize presentations and agendas for meetings
  • Support multiple providers and or departments by managing ongoing projects directly impacting operations and KPIs
  • Manage schedules regarding (but not limited to) provider call and new hire training schedules

Job Requirements

Required

  • Associates Degree or 1-2 years’ experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
