The posted compensation range of $19.68 - $27.06 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Essential Key Job Responsibilities
- Works closely with Manager Facilities Operations and other key department leaders to develop construction plans. Solicits contract, quotes, and bids for all facility and facility related projects. Assists in development of project budgets, review of construction plans, specification for compliance with all State and City building codes.
- Collaborates with contractors to develop project objectives and schedules. Develops facilities projects for new minor construction and renovation. Orders all equipment and material for internal projects; assures timely delivery of such to project site.
- Oversees all construction and documents including, but not limited to, scheduling, material ordering, time-line maintenance and project completion. Sets, leads and attends all project meetings, including maintenance of all meeting minutes and required documentation.
- Complies with all applicable statutes, rules and regulations, policies and procedures. Oversees the activities of contractor personnel and assures compliance of all education, policies, and procedures. Performs and maintains all PCRA/ICRA inspections and documents, including posting and monitoring.
- Assists Manager Facilities Operation in development of project budgets, review of construction plans, specification for compliance with all State and City building codes. Assists Facilities, Team and Facilities and Safety Compliance Specialist to coordinate and maintain Joint Commission, CMS and other agency compliance. Has responsibility for maintaining Life Safety Drawings in a current state.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
-Valid Nebraska Driver's License
-Knowledge of project coordination.
-Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management OR High School diploma preferred.
