At CUMC Bergan Mercy Outpatient Rehab Clinic, a part of CHI Health and CommonSpirit Health, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic outpatient rehab team. If you're committed to helping patients achieve optimal physical function and independence, we want to meet you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide one-on-one, personalized care to a diverse outpatient caseload including orthopedic, neuro, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluations and patient goals

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of rehab professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

  • Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and prevention strategies to support long-term wellness

  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards and clinic policies


Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

  • Current Nebraska Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)

  • American Heart Association BLS certification
