Job Summary and Responsibilities
Join the Renewed Hope Boutique at CHI Health, a hospital-based program providing appearance counseling, education, and support for patients navigating body image changes due to cancer treatment. Help patients feel confident, supported, and whole while using your clinical expertise in a compassionate, boutique-style setting.
Ideal candidates: Certified Mastectomy Fitters with a CNA background or hands-on patient care experience.
What You’ll Do
Measure and fit patients for mastectomy bras, prosthetics, compression garments, and lymphedema sleeves
Provide patient education, pre- and post-surgical consults, and follow-up support
Collaborate with therapy departments and physicians as needed
Document patient visits, code billing claims, and maintain compliance with Medicare, HIPAA, and other regulations
Manage inventory, boutique sales, invoices, and foundation/grant support
Develop educational materials and support outreach programs
What We’re Looking For
Certified Mastectomy Fitter
CNA experience or strong patient care background preferred
Compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with billing, documentation, and regulatory compliance
