Responsibilities
In your pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the initial and ongoing training of our clinical positions in assigned locations. Your commitment to developing and maintaining comprehensive training materials will equip our staff with the tools they need to thrive. As a guardian of excellence, you will be responsible for the training and performance of our clinical programs, ensuring we deliver the highest standard of care.
Working hand in hand with corporate talent development staff, regional training and education managers, and operations management, you will spearhead the development and implementation of clinical training and in-services. Through collaboration, you will identify specific training needs based on clinical measurements, ensuring every member of our team reaches their full potential. By participating in recruitment plans and developing continuing education programs, you will drive our staff's professional growth to new heights.
As a Clinical Educator, you will be the mentor and guide for our clinical staff, developing, training, and overseeing peer mentors, preceptors, and work coaches. Your nurturing approach will provide support and additional assistance to our dedicated team, empowering them to become the leaders of tomorrow.
You will play a vital role in the development and training of our clinical programs, including Avoiding Rehospitalization through Care at Home (ARCH), CareLink disease management programs, Telehealth, Remote Patient Monitoring, Medication Management, Population Health Specialist, New RN Graduate Preceptor Program, and more. By overseeing adherence and performance, you will revolutionize our approach to healthcare.

Qualifications
- Current RN license (BSN preferred) in good standing to practice in the state(s) is required.
- Minimum three years Medicare home care experience required.
- Excellent knowledge of Home Care regulations
- Will need to travel to assigned locations as needed - mileage reimbursed.
