As our Volunteer Coordinator, you will be the heart of this essential program, ensuring our volunteers feel valued, supported, and empowered to make a difference.
- Collaborate effectively with department managers and staff to identify needs for volunteer support.
- Communicate hospital news, updates, and events to the volunteer corps.
- Prepare regular reports on volunteer program metrics, including recruitment, retention, hours, and impact.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Job Requirements
- High School Graduate General Studies Required
- Minimum (1) year of general office secretarial/clerical experience required
- Fire Safety (FIRESAFETY) within 90 Days of hire required
