Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service:
- Greet patients warmly, answer questions, and address concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist with patient intake: Gather patient information, including dietary history and health concerns.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Utilize our electronic health record system to efficiently manage patient data and appointments.
- Prepare and maintain patient education materials:
- Create and distribute materials on nutrition topics, recipes, and meal planning strategies.
- Collaborate with registered dietitians:
- Assist with data entry, meal planning, and other tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
Two (2) years food service experience.
High School Diploma GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Fire Safety card within 90 days of employment
This position is represented by SEIU-UHW and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
