Northridge Hospital Medical Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Preparing and administering radiopharmaceuticals to patients
- Operating and maintaining nuclear medicine imaging equipment
- Acquiring and processing high-quality images
- Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintaining accurate and complete patient records
- Adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 1 - 2 years experience in a hospital and radiology department as a nuclear medicine tech.
- Must have satisfactory completion of formal nuclear medicine technology training in an AMA approved school.
- AA or BS degree in Nuclear Medicine.
- ARRT (national) or CNMT Required.
- CRT (state) required.
- AHA BLS certification required. (BLS CPR)
- LA City Fire Safety Card (required within 90 days of hire).
