Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Manager, Revenue Cycle Support  is responsible for leadership and oversight of remittance processing, medical records submission for denied or audited patient accounts,  submission of PCR / HOPE / OASIS / ADR / TPE and other medical review requests for CHI Health at Home’s five business lines. 

Job Requirements
  • Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MS, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI
  • Bachelor's degree in business-related field or equivalent education and experience required.
  • Certification in medical records (CEHRS, RHIA, RHIT) required.

  • Five years of experience in health care revenue cycle management with a solid understanding of billing, receivable processes, medical records  and systems. 

    Prior managerial or supervisor experience.

  • Preferred experience in home health, hospice, home infusion reimbursement methodologies.
  • Preferred experience with home health billing platforms.

  • Experience with Zirmed, eSolutions or other clearinghouses.

  • Trained in SQL, Tableau or other data-mining software.
