The posted compensation range of $25.18 - $36.52 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
As our Radiologic Technologist III at St. Joseph, you will operate a variety of ionizing radiation producing equipment to ensure effective, accurate and timely delivery of quality patient care. Additionally, perform at a higher level of complexity than a Rad Tech II, and may be trained to perform work in one or more modalities (i.e. CT, IR, etc.)

Responsibilities
Every day you will perform a variety of specialized technical tasks associated with the operation of x-ray imaging units and related equipment
- Utilizes innovative customer service techniques to provide a positive patient care experience for the patient and their family. Acts professionally in all dealings with internal and external customers to promote a working environment that focuses on the patient experience.
- Assist physician with interventional imaging procedures, starting IV's, and injecting contrast, if applicable.
- Establishes and maintains lines of communication with all other staff members and Radiologist to insure an effective and harmonious working environment.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Education: Associates Degree, Allied Health or Radiologic Technology.
- Experience: Two year’s imaging experience.
Required Licensure and Certifications
- ARRT (R)
- TX MRT
