Job Summary and Responsibilities

Provides leadership, coordination, ongoing robotic program development to positively impact growth productivity of robotic service lines for St. Luke's Medical - Lufkin. Collaborates with perioperative leadership to achieve and maintain Robotic Center of Excellence designation as well as efforts to exceed performance targets of the robotic surgery program. Provide supervision to the technical aspects of the Robotic Surgery Program and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide education, resource support, and input on clinical assignments and performance evaluations, where applicable. Establish standardized practice protocols to achieve performance targets.

  • Associate's degree in related field
  • Certified First Assistant/ Certified Surgical Technologist (CSFA/CST)
  • ACLS
  • BLS 
  • PALS
