This vital role orchestrates one or more assigned functions critical to the success of our location(s). From scheduling to customer and clinical support, intake to health information data entry, and medical records management, the Team Coordinator is the backbone of organizational success. Responsibilities

*Working hours for this position are Central Standard Time.

As a Team Coordinator, your skillful coordination of location office functions enables us to provide unparalleled care. With each patient, caregiver, and employee you impact, you breathe life into our mission, ensuring that our services consistently exceed quality measures and expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • First calls to new patients

  • Scheduling visits to clinicians according to assigned area

  • Assists with the running of various system reports.

  • Utilize HomeCare Homebase to schedule clinicians to a set productivity

  • Completes assigned workflow tasks in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Assist scheduling changes with phone calls from clinicians

  • Works virtually and independently with limited direct supervision using organizational guidelines,policies and procedures and good judgment

Qualifications

**Candidate must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, ND, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX, WI**

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Two years customer service experience required.
  • 6 Months medical office experience preferred.
  • Pleasant telephone voice and manner.
  • Basic computer knowledge and skills
